During the course of the project regular interaction with the client. will ensure smooth completion of the project.

Phase I- System Study Phase
Our Business Analyst conducts system requirement study in joint session with the client. These are brainstorming sessions that help determine the business objectives and goals. This phase will include defining the scope of the system and knowledge transfer of relevant processes.

Phase II-Analysis and Design Phase
During this phase, based on the system study Mind Global tech will prepare a design document, which will work as the basis for subsequent system development. Our development team of project leader & programmers design a prototype for the project that shows the mock up interface of the project.

Phase III-Development Phase
This is a phase where the project is actually started developing, Our software engineer starts coding and developing the application and integrate with other module to make it full fledge solution.

Phase IV- Quality Testing Phase
After the solutions is developed and integrated Our QC team is rigorously tested the complete solution with data. Application behavior is compared with the initial specifications and any deviations are identified and corrected.
